GENERAL REQUIREMENTS

You must hold an eligible visa for at least 3 years before applying for the subclass 191:

You must provide notices of assessment issued by the Australian Taxation Office (ATO) for three income years while holding the eligible visa

You must have complied with the conditions of your eligible visa

You must meet health and character requirements

Government Visa Application Charges
First Instalment
Base visa application charge for a Subclass 191 visa in the Regional Provisional Stream is of AUD505.00​.
Additional applicant charge for those who are 18 or over is of AUD250.00
Additional applicant charge for those under 18 is of AUD130.00​
