Appointment Booking Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with us, you agree to comply with these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not book an appointment.

2. Booking Appointments

Appointments can be booked online through our website or by contacting us directly.
All bookings are subject to availability.
You will receive a confirmation email once your appointment is successfully booked.

3. Cancellation and Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any penalty.
Cancellations or rescheduling requests made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a fee.

4. Late Arrivals

If you arrive late for your appointment, your session may be shortened to accommodate the next client.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment, and a rescheduling fee may apply.

5. No-Shows

If you do not show up for your appointment without prior notice, the fee paid for the appointment will be retained.
Repeated no-shows may result in restrictions on future bookings.

6. Payment

Payment for consultations are to be made online at the time of booking.

7. Refunds

Refunds are not provided for completed services.
If you cancel your appointment within the allowed timeframe, any pre-paid amount will be refunded.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
